Process & delivery
How Ordering & Delivery Work
A clear process, a written quote and the details agreed before we begin.
Confirm Your Quote
We agree on the size, materials, lighting, packing and shipping. A 50% advance starts your order and the custom design stage.
Approve Your Design
Review the custom design prepared after your advance. Once you approve the wording and layout, we fabricate and check the finished sign.
Final Payment & Dispatch
The remaining 50% is due before shipping. We share dispatch details, installation instructions and guidance videos. Video-call support is available when needed; we do not install outside Pakistan.
Plan for the whole journey.
A typical estimate is 12–15 days of production after design approval, plus 15–20 days of shipping. Your agreed delivery schedule depends on approval, the destination and shipping arrangements.
Shipping and installation
We deliver signs internationally and provide installation instructions, guidance videos and video-call support when needed. We do not provide on-site installation outside Pakistan. Confirm duties, taxes and the delivery address in your written quote.
Before dispatch
Confirm the finished sign, the remaining payment and the delivery information. We share dispatch information when the shipment is booked.
