How does an international sign order work?
Start with your wording or logo, proposed size, a storefront photo and delivery location. We discuss the requirements and agree a written quotation. The steps below explain design approval, production, dispatch and support.

Confirm Your Quote
International orders with our shipping: 40% advance and 60% before dispatch. Customer-arranged shipping: 70% advance and 30% before dispatch. Pakistan installation and pickup/delivery have their own agreed payment stages. Your quote is valid for 7 days.
Approve Your Design
Custom design begins after the agreed advance. Approve wording, design, dimensions, colours and construction before production. Ready and packed within 15 days of final design approval and receipt of advance payment.
Dispatch & Ongoing Support
Estimated 15-20 working days after dispatch. Customs, security checks and carrier disruptions may extend delivery. Essential deadlines must be agreed before ordering. Our support continues after delivery. Contact our team with your order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos or other proof. We will review the issue with you and arrange the covered repair, replacement or parts support for your order.

Who installs my sign, and what should I confirm with the installer?
International installation is not included. Your local installer handles fitting, power connection and local approvals. Installation instructions, guidance videos and video-call support are available when needed. Our agreed Europe shipping route includes import duties except for Malta and Switzerland. USA, Canada, Malta and Switzerland import duties are paid by the customer. For duties-included orders, send the official duty receipt and proof of payment if you are charged an included duty; we reimburse the verified included duty. VAT, other taxes and clearance fees are included only if expressly agreed in the quotation. UK, Australia and other routes require an order-specific duty arrangement. Customer-arranged shipping has no duties-included commitment from us.
We provide assembly videos and can help by video call. Before production, share your installer’s requirements with us. We do not provide on-site installation outside Pakistan. For Pakistan orders, confirm whether installation is included in your written quotation.

Before dispatch
Confirm the finished sign, the remaining payment and the delivery information. We share dispatch information when the shipment is booked.
We group and label the packages for your order, protect the sign pieces individually, and use packing videos to review the supplied parts with our office team. The final contents and assembly arrangement follow your agreed sign specification.
Support after delivery
Our support continues after delivery. Contact our team with your order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos or other proof. We will review the issue with you and arrange the covered repair, replacement or parts support for your order.

What arrives, and how is the sign assembled?
Choose the mounting arrangement with us before production. Separate letters and an ACP-backed sign need different preparation at your site.
Separate 3D letters
A printed letter-positioning template helps your installer place the letters on the wall. They use the actual letter backs or bases to mark the fixing holes.
For illuminated letters, concealed or surface wiring depends on your wall and the installation arrangement. Discuss the cable route before fitting.
Signs with an ACP backing panel
Our aluminium composite panel (ACP) signs have the letter layout and letter fixing holes prepared. The letters fit to the front, with sign wiring behind the panel.
We agree the assembly and packing arrangement for your order, including any assembly needed at the destination. Your installer plans the panel’s attachment to the building.
What is normally supplied?
Standard screws, fixings and connecting wires are normally supplied, together with the power supply for LED signs. Separate-letter orders also include the printed positioning layout. Confirm the final package in your quotation.
Uneven, tapered or complex surfaces may need extra angles or supports arranged locally. Your installer should check the wall, suitable anchors and the support required for your sign.
How do the assembly videos help?
We explain assembly through videos, with video-call support when needed. If your installer needs specific written information, share the requirement before ordering so we can confirm what is available.
Discuss your sign and installationWhat affects power use and backup options?
Power use depends on the approved design: lettering, illuminated logos or panels, and the LED layout. Board dimensions alone do not determine the total load. Daily running cost also depends on operating hours and your electricity rate.
A UPS or solar backup may be suitable, depending on your sign and the system available. Tell us before ordering and ask your installer to check compatibility and the running time you need.
Can an individual letter be opened for LED maintenance?
On our screw-fixed letters with removable fronts, your installer can usually reach the LEDs without lowering the whole sign. Rear wiring faults or restricted access may still require removal. Confirm the service-access arrangement for your chosen construction with us and your installer before production.
How should I clean my sign?
Switch off the sign’s power before cleaning. Gently wipe accessible outer surfaces with a clean, soft, damp cloth; use mild soapy water only where suitable for the finish. Avoid abrasives, solvents and dry rubbing. Do not hose or pressure-wash the assembled sign.
Ask us about printed, mirrored or coated finishes. Leave high-level cleaning, opening and internal servicing to a competent sign professional.
