The practical details to confirm before production begins.
Your written quote
Each sign is custom made. Your accepted quotation and order confirmation set out the dimensions, wording, materials, lighting, price, packing, shipping and agreed schedule.
Design and payment
We discuss your requirements and agree on a written quote. A 50% advance starts your order; detailed custom design is prepared after the advance. Fabrication begins after you approve the design. The remaining 50% is due before shipping. Confirm spelling, measurements and installation requirements before production approval.
Changes and delivery
Changes after approval may affect the price and schedule. Shipping time is an estimate until confirmed for your destination. Duties, taxes, access requirements and local installation must be agreed in writing.
Warranty and support
A one-year warranty is offered. Request the written coverage and exclusions, and follow the supplied installation instructions. Contact our team with photographs and your order reference if you need support.
Cancellations and other terms
Ask us to confirm the cancellation, refund and damage-reporting terms before paying your advance. These depend on the agreed order and its production stage.
