We are here after delivery

Our support continues after delivery. Contact our team with your order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos or other proof. We will review the issue with you and arrange the covered repair, replacement or parts support for your order.

Your quotation and design approval

Your written quotation sets out the sign, packing, shipping or installation scope, destination, payment stages and agreed charges. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the quotation date. When we arrange international shipping, the sign and shipping are quoted together.

We discuss your requirements before payment. Detailed custom design normally begins after quotation approval and the agreed advance. For 3D sign orders, custom design is included with the completed sign order. If you cancel, the base completed-design fee is PKR 20,000 for Pakistan orders or USD 100 for international orders; partial work is charged proportionately. Five rounds of consolidated revisions within the agreed brief are included. Extra design work and its cancellation value must be agreed before it begins. Flex, vinyl and other services have separately agreed design charges. A written fee waiver overrides the design cancellation fee. Any discretionary preliminary concept is free only where expressly offered as such.

Payment stages for your order

International orders, shipping arranged by us: 40% advance; 60% before dispatch.

International orders, shipping arranged by you: 70% advance; 30% before dispatch.

Pakistan orders with our installation: 70% advance; 30% immediately after installation.

Approved staged option for Pakistan installation: 50% advance; 20% on completion, with 70% cleared before the installation team departs; 30% immediately after installation.

Pakistan pickup or delivery-only: Agree the payment schedule in writing before confirming a pickup or delivery-only order.

Production and international transit

Ready and packed within 15 days of final design approval and receipt of advance payment.

For Pakistan installation orders: Production and installation within 15 days of final design approval and receipt of advance payment, subject to agreed site access.

For Pakistan pickup or delivery-only orders: Ready within 15 days of final design approval and receipt of advance payment.

International transit when we arrange shipping: Estimated 15-20 working days after dispatch. Customs, security checks and carrier disruptions may extend delivery. Essential deadlines must be agreed before ordering.

Production and transit are separate periods. Customer-arranged shipping follows the customer’s selected service.

Delivery, duties and installation

Our agreed Europe shipping route includes import duties except for Malta and Switzerland. USA, Canada, Malta and Switzerland import duties are paid by the customer. For duties-included orders, send the official duty receipt and proof of payment if you are charged an included duty; we reimburse the verified included duty. VAT, other taxes and clearance fees are included only if expressly agreed in the quotation. UK, Australia and other routes require an order-specific duty arrangement. Customer-arranged shipping has no duties-included commitment from us.

Before confirming your order, please share your full delivery address and postcode. If courier service is limited in your area, you can provide a nearby city address where someone can receive the sign. Any remote-area charges or courier-approved collection arrangements will be agreed with you first.

International installation is not included. Your local installer handles fitting, power connection and local approvals. Installation instructions, guidance videos and video-call support are available when needed.

For our Pakistan installation service: Required scaffolding or ladders for installation to be arranged by the customer.

Local pickup or delivery-only does not include installation. Any separately payable carrier transport is shown in your quotation.

One-year lighting component warranty

International orders: 1 year from delivery on LED modules and power supplies only. Faulty covered parts replaced with free shipping.

Sign body, finish and marquee bulbs are not covered by this component warranty. Physical damage and breakage are excluded; transit damage is handled separately.

Use supplied spares when needed and notify us for free replenishment during warranty.

Pakistan orders installed by us: 1 year from delivery on LED modules and power supplies only. Free on-site repair or replacement, including transport.

Pakistan pickup or delivery-only: No company warranty for pickup or delivery-only orders installed by the customer or a third party.

Non-illuminated signs and marquee bulbs do not inherit LED-module or power-supply warranty cover.

Transit loss, damage and customer-arranged shipping

For shipping arranged by us: confirmed transit loss or damage is covered by replacement and delivery at no extra cost. Report damage promptly with photos and retain packaging. Replacement timing is confirmed after assessment.

Contact us if tracking stops or delivery is overdue. For shipping arranged by us, we open a trace with the shipping partner, provide a case-specific review date and keep you informed. Confirmed loss is handled by a replacement sign and delivery at our cost, rather than an automatic cash refund. We confirm remake and delivery estimates after assessment. Unresolved investigations require a recorded resolution deadline and escalation; support is not held indefinitely pending carrier reimbursement. If delivery or replacement cannot reasonably be completed, we assess the available remedy, including any refund required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory statutory rights.

When you independently arrange collection or appoint your own carrier, delivery, transit delay, loss and damage after documented handover are your carrier arrangement and are not covered by our transit replacement service. Inspect or arrange inspection at collection; retain the handover and packing record. This does not exclude our responsibility for pre-handover defects, our packing obligations or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Existing applicable product warranty remains separate.

Approval and changes

Approve final wording, design, colours, dimensions and construction before production. Later changes require agreement on revised price and timing. Customer delays in approvals, payment or site readiness extend the affected schedule; we advise the revised schedule. Additional site visits and extra work require agreement on charges before proceeding.

Cancellation and completed work

Tell us promptly in writing if you wish to cancel. Before work starts, unused payments are refundable. Once work begins, completed design, completed fabrication and unavoidable committed costs are chargeable, less costs saved and amounts already paid, up to the agreed order total including approved changes. Completed custom signs remain payable at their agreed value; genuinely saved shipping or installation costs are credited. We stop avoidable work upon cancellation and provide a settlement breakdown. Design and fabrication are not charged twice. Customer change-of-mind cancellation is separate from failure by us to meet the contract or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customer holds and storage

For customer-requested or customer-caused holds, 30 calendar days of storage are free from written ready-for-collection/dispatch notice. Thereafter storage is PKR 15,000 per 30 days for Pakistan orders or USD 100 per 30 days for international orders, charged proportionately for actual additional days per order. We notify you before paid storage starts and take reasonable care of stored goods. No storage charge applies to delays caused by us. Storage charges do not excuse negligent handling or create an automatic right to dispose of goods. Any extended collection arrangement must be agreed in writing.

Before confirming your order

Before paying, review your quotation and these Order Terms. Confirm acceptance in writing with the quotation number/version. Retain a copy of the terms supplied with your order. Later policy updates do not change an accepted order without agreement. Disclose essential dates, site permissions, local certification or installer requirements before ordering. We confirm the requirements we can supply. Design use, editable source files and fabrication files are supplied only as expressly agreed; customer-owned artwork remains the customer's property.
