For Ashraf Jewellers in Kasur, Mubashir designed and built the complete front fascia: the ground-to-pillar frontage treatment, supporting structure, upper fascia and shade, and illuminated signs. Our team also carried out the installation.
The finished red frontage frames the shop entrance and carries the Urdu and English signage as one composition. The photographs show the real installation process and the completed exterior.

Can you design the whole shopfront, or just the sign?
We can design, fabricate and install a coordinated exterior for a Pakistan storefront, including the fascia, pillars, cladding, sign and the shade or supporting structure agreed for the project. We also make signs on their own. Tell us which parts of the existing front you want to keep or change. Glass entrances, shutters, interiors and civil work are separate scope decisions; confirm any required items in your quotation.
What should I send for a storefront quotation?
Send your city, clear front and side photographs, approximate width and height of each frontage section, and your logo or business name. Include pillars, shutters, existing signs, access restrictions and your intended opening date. If dimensions are uncertain, say so; final measurements and any site-visit arrangement need to be agreed before fabrication.
How do you plan a luxury or creative storefront?
We start with your business identity and the building: proportions, lettering, materials, colour and lighting should work together. A jewellery shop, bakery and laboratory have different priorities. Share the look you want and your budget so we can agree a design with readable signage and a coordinated frontage, rather than choose materials from a label alone.
What affects the installed price?
The size and number of frontage sections, chosen finishes, letter construction, lighting, supporting structure, site access, removal of existing work and installation scope all affect the quotation. The written quote should identify the design work, included components, installation, exclusions and payment stages. There is no single per-square-foot price that covers every complete frontage.
Can the existing fascia or structure be reused?
Share photographs of its condition and tell us what you want to retain. Reuse depends on the material, condition, fixings and proposed new design; photographs alone may not establish whether a hidden structure is suitable. Required inspection, removal and replacement work must be agreed for the site.
How are design approval and installation arranged?
The proposed exterior and scope are agreed before fabrication. Confirm the design fee or advance, revision allowance, final measurements, access and installation schedule in your written quotation. Tell us about trading hours and landlord or building-management restrictions early. Any necessary permissions and responsibility for obtaining them also need to be agreed; we do not promise a universal completion time or no business disruption.
Does the sign warranty cover the entire shopfront?
Check the warranty against each quoted component and the agreed installation scope. LED or power-supply cover does not automatically cover every fascia panel, supporting structure or existing part of the building. Ask for the applicable material, workmanship and maintenance terms in writing. Electrical access and a protected power-supply location should be planned with the installation.
