Can I order one sign before placing a larger order?
Yes. A sign maker can order one custom sign to assess our work before placing larger or repeat orders. It is a quoted order, not a free sample. There is no requirement to start with a bulk quantity.
How is a batch or repeat order priced?
We quote the actual specification and quantity. Sizes, letter construction, materials, lighting and finish all matter. Repeated specifications and consolidated shipping can affect the quotation; there is no fixed discount percentage for every trade order.
Will the packaging carry your logo?
Trade orders normally use neutral packaging without our logo. Confirm the packing and shipment details for your order before dispatch.
Who installs the finished signs?
For international orders, your local installer handles fitting, power connections and local approvals. We provide assembly videos and video-call support when needed. Separate-letter orders include a printed positioning template. Installation in Pakistan is a separate scope to confirm in your quotation.
How do we agree the production and delivery schedule?
Share the quantities, specifications, destination and required date. We confirm the batch schedule and dispatch arrangements in your quotation. Production and transit are separate stages; check the current order terms and the terms supplied with your quote before committing to your customer’s date.
