What determines the delivered cost of my sign?

Your quotation depends on the sign’s dimensions, wording or logo, materials, finish, lighting and delivery destination.

When comparing quotations, match the size, materials, finish and lighting, then check what each total includes for packing, delivery, installation and support.

Your written quotation sets out the sign, packing, shipping or installation scope, destination, payment stages and agreed charges. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the quotation date. When we arrange international shipping, the sign and shipping are quoted together.

Import duties and taxes depend on the agreed route; international installation is not included. Check the payment and delivery terms, and confirm your full address, postcode and any remote-area arrangements before the order.

Why do you ask for my logo, size, storefront photo and destination?

Your wording or logo defines what we are making. Width and height establish the proposed size. A storefront photo helps us discuss layout, finish, lighting and mounting. Your delivery city and country let us check shipping and the applicable delivery terms.

If you are unsure about the size or sign type, choose “I need help measuring” or “Help me choose” on the form. You can start before every detail is settled; final design and dimensions are approved before production.

Starting with your logo

Can I start with a JPG or PNG?

Yes. Send your logo or reference image with your enquiry so we can discuss the sign and prepare a quotation. We can work from an existing usable design. Detailed custom design normally begins after quotation approval and the agreed advance payment.

For 3D sign orders, custom design is included with the completed order, with five rounds of consolidated revisions within the agreed brief. Extra design work is agreed before it begins.

Design use, editable source files and fabrication files are supplied only as expressly agreed. Your own artwork remains yours. Review the design terms and cancellation terms before confirming your order.
